Acu-Tite UV1300 & UV13000 - UV Adhesives

Chem-Mat light cure acrylic adhesives offer very fast rates of curing coupled with large gap filling capability. They cure by free radical polymerization of acrylic monomers/oligomers upon exposure to UV or Visible light. Applications vary, from simple glass to glass, glass to metal, transparent plastic to metal or other substrates bonding through electrical wire tacking, encapsulation and potting applications. Due to its rapid cure rate, short fixture time and solvent-free formulation, they have many advantages over traditional adhesion applications and provide a manufacturing process that is pollution-free to our environment.
